While my emphasis is on sports photography other assignments are always welcome. Portraits and weddings are a fun challenge and I can also handle your commercial photography needs from the photography stage all the way through design and printing.
I have been shooting for over thirteen years now. Originally shooting as a hobby I would capture friends, family, and my faithful yet co-dependent Great Danes. I was the guy that always had a camera on him; and still am.
An avid indoor & sand volleyball player myself, I had an obvious knack for and take great joy in shooting volleyball matches. Tempe, Arizona, is a stop for the Association of Volleball Tours and my work from Tempe & Manhattan Beach have been bought by players and used in AVP promotional literature.
You know the saying, “It's not what you know but who you know,” and late in '98 I was introduced to the team photographer for the Arizona Rattlers. It took a while but I now regularly shoot Arizona Rattlers & Phoenix Suns games, my work appearing in The Sporting News, and I am also the Phoenix Suns' transmitter.
